If this happens, we offer a 7-day window from the delivery date to return the item. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please share a photo of the product and the bill via WhatsApp at +919900228934 within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, though the return shipping will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out a replacement filled with fresh intention.
